Retail Policies

Satisfaction Guaranteed

We strive to give our customers the highest quality products and individual service possible. We've been in business for long enough our quality control is very high. But our shop is staffed by human beings and humans all mistakes from time to time. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, contact us and let us know what the problem is. We'll work with you to find a solution.

Shipping

Please allow 5-10 business days (Monday-Friday) to have your order finished. Since everything we offer is made to order at our local facility, orders are processed on a first come, first served basis and are shipped accordingly. The time required for regular UPS delivery services will vary, although we make sure to ship orders out as soon as possible. Addresses must be within the continental U.S. We use UPS exclusively and their policies exclude shipping to P.O. boxes, so we can't ship to those.

If for some reason you have an issue with your order and need to send it back to us, we'll work with you. If your issue is our fault and requires additional shipping charges, we will gladly cover it. If the issue is something other than actual workmanship issues, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We won't cover unnecessary shipping for misordered items either, so before you place your order please double check what you're ordering is indeed what you want. We want you to get the right item the first time.

Payment

We accept credit card and PayPal transfers, and we can also process money orders and cashier's checks through PayPal checkout. Any order paid by either of these methods will be shipped once payment is received and any refund paid against them will be a personal check.

Returns

If something needs returned, the item(s) should be sent back in original, resellable condition and have any accessories included. You should also include the original packing slip you receive with your order, the order number and the UPS RA number. If possible, repackage all items in the original shipping materials, securely packed. But if for some reason you cannot provide something listed here, just let us know. There's always options.

Exchanges

Exchanges must be for the same item only. Any exchanges for other sizes, colors or different garments entirely will have additional shipping charges, paid by the customer. If the exchange involves sizing, pricing may need to be adjusted, due to varying costs for extended sixes, etc. If the reason for the exchange is our fault, however, we will cover additional charges. We cannot refund the original shipping costs on any exchange; though depending on the case, we'll be responsible for getting you the precise item(s) you want. Our customers should only pay shipping once to get the right order.

In the highly unusual case what you order is discountinued by the manufacturer or simply out of stock, we'll contact you by email. Those are issues out side of Walson Ink's control. If an unavailable item is part of a larger order, we will first contact you then ship the remainder of the order. You will be refunded for any items that become unavailable this way.

Defective Items

We strongly recommend checking your order on receipt for shipping damage. UPS has policies for dealing with their shipping issues and the sooner a problem is spotted we can help fix it.

If any part of your order is defective or somehow incorrect, contact us immediately. Let us know as soon as you can and tell us if you'd like a refund or exchange and the reason. Defective, incorrectly shipped and manufacturer error items and related shipping costs (original and return) may be refunded upon a case-by-case review. Exchanges related to defective items will have shipping covered by us; see the Exchanges section above for more detailed information.

Refunds

Refunds are given according to the original method of payment. We'll gladly refund the original purchase price & shipping costs if we are at fault, guaranteed.

Other restrictions may apply, but we'll inform you about them as needed. We pride ourselves on our customer service and accessibility. If you have any questions about any statement here, you can contact us.
