Custom Order & Team Store Information

Note for Team Store Orders:

Orders from a Team Store must be placed separately from other items. Any Team Store order that includes items outside of the Team Store will be canceled and refunded.

 

 

Order Cancellation:

Team Store orders can only be canceled before the pre-order closes. Once production starts, cancellations are no longer accepted. To cancel, please use the Contact Us form or call us directly with your order number.

Custom Screenprinting and Embroidery:

Standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks from approved art or after the team store closed. We provide an estimate with your order acknowledgement.

Cancellations after garments have been ordered but before production will incur a 30% restock fee. Custom and Team Store items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless there is a clear decoration defect. Incorrect sizing is not eligible for return or refund.
