Retail Order Fulfilment
Most orders will be filled within 2-3 business days. Some of the items on our website are Made-to-Order, meaning we produce them after your order is placed, those items may take up to 7 business days for production. Please review the individual item description to find out more about production times or contact us via phone or the contact us page.
Shipping and Local Pickup Options
Pickup:
is available Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM at our shop, located at 1415 Fort Riley Blvd. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup—please wait for that notification before arriving.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping is weight and destination based. For retail orders, orders over $200 are eligible for free economy shipping with in the United States. Need faster shipping? Contact us before placing your order to discuss upgrade options.
Shipping Delays:
If there’s a delay in order fulfillment, we’ll notify you as soon as possible with an updated timeline. Walson Ink is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
In-Store Shopping:
You are welcome to stop by our location to see what we have in-store ready to buy, please understand that some of our items are made to order and we may not have a finished one, or all the elements need to finish one on hand when you stop by. We will help you place an in-store order for those items if you would like.
Retail Returns & Cancellations
Cancellations:
You can cancel your order before production or fulfilment. To cancel, use the contact form below and include your order number. Orders already in production or shipped will follow the return policy below.
Returns:
Returns must be approved in advance and are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Outbound shipping is non-refundable, and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags

Unsealed items not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
We reserve the right to decline returns that don’t meet the above criteria.
Wholesale Inquiries
Many of the items in the retail section of our website are available for wholesale purchase. There are some requirements to qualify, including but not limited to a reseller's permit register to your business and minimum order quantities.
